Warranty

All BELLISGIRL products are covered by the legal warranty established under Portuguese law. In accordance with Portuguese law, all items are guaranteed for 3 years, from the date the purchase invoice is issued. However, BELLISGIRL does not cover damage resulting from improper use, accidents, lack of care or normal wear.

The warranty does not cover:

In case of Jewellery

. Discoloration due to exposure to chemicals, creams, perfumes, makeup;

. Discoloration due to exposure to water, swimming pools, seawater;

. Natural fading of the plating (Gold, Rhodium, etc) over time, depending on each person’s skin PH;

. Any modification or repair carried out by the customer or by Third-Party;

. Exposure to abnormal condition or misuse of the jewellery;

In case of clothing or other art objects

. Any modification or repair carried out by the customer or by Third-Party;

. Exposure to abnormal condition, misuse or improper care
